Do you love your whole dog? I am a dog lover; not just an owner, but a parent! If you’re reading this, maybe you are too.
As you may know, a dog isn’t just a thing. They have a body that needs to be cared for and maintained. Beyond that, they have a mind that needs to be trained and stimulated. And I think they have a soul. They certainly have thoughts and feelings, as well as a need to communicate with us and feel understood. We need to address the whole dog.
Dogs have so much to offer us; love, companionship, performance of tasks, exercise, mental stimulation……..the list goes on. But are we as dog parents making the most of that special relationship we have with our dogs? I know I could do better!
Over the years, I’ve learned so much about these amazing beings. There is always room for improvement, but I’ve come a long way. The purpose of this blog is to share the knowledge we’ve each learned to help each whole dog and have discussions with like-minded dog parents so we can all get even better!
Dogs are such complex individuals. I don’t think we can ever learn everything about them, but we can try every day to learn just a bit more.
Read some of my posts to find out more. These are some of the topics I’ve covered so far. But I’d love to hear from you. What are the topics or areas you’d like to discuss? Let’s talk!
I also make custom dog clothes. Take a look at my website. I can help you and your dog.
